We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of taxation, accounting, financial reporting, payroll processing, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The role also requires proficiency in using accounting software, particularly Tally, to manage financial transactions and generate accurate reports. Key Responsibilities: Taxation: - Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal tax regulations. - Manage tax planning and strategy to optimize tax liabilities. - Handle tax audits and coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities. Accounting: - Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, general ledger maintenance, and reconciliations. - Prepare accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. - Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations (e.g., GAAP, IFRS). - Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial projections to support business decision-making.
