This vacancy is for research and development HIGH PERFORMANCE corporate team for a leading telecom to develop products for national/ international market.

JOB VACANCY / Descritption

We are looking for young managers who have the zeal to work in a dynamic space of the best telecom company in the GLOBAL INNOVATION team.

1. Research & understand global trends and develop internal benchmarks for innovation verticals

2. Support ICE champion in development, execution and delivery of “world class” customer experience through hands on usage of innovative products

3. Program manage linkages with internal and external stakeholders

4. MAPA and Innovation reporting

Deliverables (Maximum 5-6 key responsibilities)

Understand global trends and develop internal benchmarks for innovation verticals (Overall weightage: 25%)

- Continuously strive to collect precise data points and document benchmarks on emerging industry trends in customer experience

- Perform market research, web research and analysts reports on emerging trends

- Research and share results with key stakeholders on industry benchmarks, emerging trends, leading practices and long term industry shifts in the key areas of innovation

Support ICE champion in development, execution and delivery of “world class” customer experience through hands on usage of innovative products

- Support ICE champion and technology teams to develop a “world class” user experience for new products

- Provide precise feedback to the technology teams from the touch / feel perspective and overall customer experience

Program manage linkages with internal and external stakeholders

- PMO for 1-2 key innovation areas

- Follow-ups with the internal and external stakeholders to drive innovation process as a “start up” company

- Document KPIs and measurement metrics for innovation areas

- Define and document milestones and track their achievement to bring in rigor in the overall innovation process

MAPA and Innovation reporting (Overall weightage: 25%)

- Build the short term and long term innovation roadmap for key areas. Document innovation roadmap and support ICE champion in designing overall innovation strategy

- Design and develop KPIs and MIS reporting and MAPA for innovation
