New Product Development Role - FMCG/Retail

- Responsible for managing and developing the new products

- Responsible for Price Negotiations with third party manufacturers

- Involved in product development starting from the ideation phase - decide the product requirement, look & feel, composition etc.

- Handle 3rd party manufacturers for customized products

- Involved in product testing, quality assurance, product finalization, pricing discussions

- Manage vendors & suppliers
