New Business Initiatives - Supply Growth
What will this role do ?
- Your objective is to get a supply of candidates at a very cheap cost i.e. making the unit economics are sustainable
- Your work involves thinking about ideas and then executing them. It is 20% ideation and 80% execution.
- You have to ensure that your strategies for acquisition are actually working at scale
- Working closely with leaders of 2 hyper-growth business units and making sure their supply acquisition needs are met
- Leveraging the current base of 2 crore candidates registered on platform to churn out more and more relevant leads
- Coming up with out-of-the-box strategies for acquisition through referrals, partnerships, product changes, remarketing etc.
What will success look like in the next 6 months:
Grown the number of leads/downloads to 2x of current levels, by establishing a sustainable channel of acquisition
While maintaining cost per lead/download close to 0
The ideal profile for this role:
- The candidate should possess good data orientation and the ability to create processes
- Should be Super High On Execution, and be able to think Out of the box if stuck
- Should be high on ownership, hands-on execution, hungry for growth and a do-what-it-takes attitude
- Should be BTech/BE + MBA from top institutes
- Should have total 3 years of experience after graduation / MBA
- Should have worked in a consulting firm or Startup
- Should be ready to relocate to Bangalore
