JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a dynamic Training & Development professional who can lead the end-to-end learning cycle-starting from training need analysis to program design, execution, facilitation, reinforcement, and impact analysis. This person will be responsible for building a learning culture within the organization and ensuring that managers and employees receive relevant, engaging, and impactful learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Training Need Analysis (TNA):

- Conduct regular need analysis with managers, leaders, and teams to identify skill gaps and changing capability requirements.

- Translate business needs into structured learning plans and development roadmaps.

- Evaluate organizational trends and workforce performance data to determine learning priorities.

2. Program Design & Development:

- Develop learning strategies, training plans, and annual L&D calendars.

- Create training content, decks, facilitator guides, manuals, and e-learning modules.

- Customize programs related to soft skills, behavioral skills, leadership, communication, and team effectiveness.

- Ensure content is aligned with the evolving needs of the organization.

3. Training Execution & Facilitation:

- Deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and discussions-online and offline.

- Coordinate logistics, schedule sessions, and manage training workflows end-to-end.

- Facilitate internal knowledge-sharing sessions, talk series, and learning circles.

4. Technology & Tools Management:

- Assess learning technology requirements (LMS, virtual training tools, learning platforms).

- Coordinate with internal tech teams to set up and maintain learning tools.

- Troubleshoot basic technical issues during training sessions.

5. Vendor Management:

- Identify, evaluate, and onboard external training vendors or subject-matter experts as needed.

- Manage vendor contracts, budgets, and program quality.

- Liaise with internal stakeholders to align external training initiatives with business needs.

6. Evaluation & Reporting:

- Track and measure training effectiveness using surveys, assessments, and performance metrics.

- Provide regular reports and insights to leadership on learning progress and outcomes.

- Continuously improve programs based on feedback and data.

7. Creating a Learning Culture:

- Drive initiatives that promote continuous learning and collaboration across the organization.

- Organize internal talk sessions, panel discussions, lunch-and-learns, and team development events.

- Foster a positive and open learning environment.

EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

What are we looking for?

- Experience in corporate training, L&D, facilitation, or organizational development.

- Strong knowledge of soft skills, communication, leadership, and behavioral training.

- Proven ability to design engaging training materials and learning programs.

- Excellent facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Comfortable working with learning technologies and tools.

- Strong coordination, stakeholder management, and project management abilities.

Preferred Skills (Optional):

- Experience with LMS platforms or digital learning tools.

- Certification in training, coaching, learning design, or behavioral assessment.

- Exposure to fast-paced or high-growth organizations.
