Field Marketing Manager @ High Growth Healthcare startup - DailyRounds - Marrow About the Role: - As the Field marketing manager, you will develop strategic hyperlocal marketing, non-media strategies to grow the Marrow community and customer base across the country. In this role, drive strong tactical execution in each market to achieve acquisition and engagement goals. - You will build customer engagement and advocacy for Marrow, creating highly engaging, thoughtful on the ground initiatives that elevate our brand and build our customer base. Some of the things you will work on: - Build and execute an always-on local marketing strategy in Marrow markets. - Collaborate with regional field teams on strategic local marketing initiatives, including member referral marketing, brand ambassador programs, partnerships, events, etc. - Elevate our brand through high-touch college events in close collaboration with the sales team and other relevant teams across the company. - Lead planning, production, and execution of all Marrow initiatives and events across markets. - Spearhead and execute our marketing expansion strategy that tells our brand story, maximizing marrow community engagement and customer acquisition. - Create a standardise event calendar, facilitating communication between key stakeholders and the broader company. - Develop processes to ensure flawless collateral/marketing material planning throughout all phases of development to production and execution. About You: - You have 4-8 years of directly relevant experience: community/event marketing, field marketing, and/or regional marketing. - You are a self-motivated, strategic creative worker with a drive for executional excellence. - You obsess over how our brand shows up and have exceptionally high personal and team standards. - You are curious, with a pulse on culture, brands, and trends in college-based event marketing. - You have strong experiential acumen- you know how to create and produce thoughtful, engaging events that deliver against strategic objectives and are tailored for the intended audience, whether in colleges or elsewhere. - You think creatively and problem solve- always looking beyond the available options when up against roadblocks. - You possess strong communication skills and the ability to cross-functionally collaborate to execute projects, including those who may be remote. - You are highly organized, detail-oriented, with strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize and multitask.
