Job Summary :
The role is responsible for overseeing the Compensation and Benefits function of a company.
Primary responsibilities :
- Design, implement, and manage salary classification and compensation programs.
- Compensation benchmarking and grading fitments for new hires and internal movements
- Competitive analysis, merit increases and salary structure.
- Analyse surveys to ensure appropriate compensation across all departments.
- Forecast budget for salary increases.
- Update on state and federal employment regulations, collective agreements, benefits, and compensation policies.
- Conduct periodic compensation review exercises.
