Job responsibilities:
- Developing and executing operational strategies aligned with business objectives and growth targets.
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization, including product development, technology, customer service, risk management and reconciliation.
- Needs to stay abreast with the NPCI and RBI guidelines, implement the same in the process as a policy.
- Networking & liaising with NPCI & partner banks
- Leading cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration across departments.
- Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Implementing processes and systems to optimize efficiency, productivity, and scalability.
- Managing relationships with external partners, vendors, and service providers.
- Providing strategic guidance and recommendations to senior management and the board of directors on operational matters.
- Leading initiatives to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Identifying and mitigating operational risks to protect the organization's reputation and assets.
What are we looking for:
- Expert in Business Insight reporting, compliance and Recon coupled, closely working with NPCI team also.
- Must have extensive and working knowledge of the entire operations process - Validation, Onboarding, Risk Assessment, Compliance, Reconciliation, etc.
- Must have prior experience of coordinating with NPCI and Banks.
- A Team player with high-level project management and Team Leading skills.
- Problem-solving & Trouble shooting capability.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, and participating in professional organizations.
- Entrepreneurial skills, ability to observe, innovate and own your work.
