Project Description :

- Automotive Technology (Autonomous Driving, V2X communications, sensor technologies, HMI-Human Machine Interface, Lighting, Display Technologies, etc.)

Role Description :

- The primary role would be to independently manage projects and lead a team focused on creating reports and handling custom requirements in the Automotive sector.

- Head of delivery for the automotive sector with end-to-end responsibility of the auto- tech practice

- Managing client accounts and project relationships for custom requirements

- Responsible for end-to-end project planning and execution

- Supporting sales in preparation of proposals and marketing documents

- Creating tech focused insight reports on a monthly basis for the Auto-tech subscription offering

Skill Set :

- He should have 5+ years of experience in the automotive sector and overall 8+ years.

- Domain expertise : Experienced in leading business segment and should have managed projects in the automotive sector.

- He should be familiar with emerging technologies and their impact on the auto-tech sector such as IoT, 5G, AI, etc., along with the core technologies described in the project description section.

- Team management : should be able to lead a team of 2-3 people focusing on the auto-tech sector.

- Operational management : Should have experience in managing client accounts, handling engagements, project planning and execution, and training.

- Pres-Sales : Should be able to support BD and sales activities and ready to collaboratively work with the sales in closing deals.

- Good people management skills.

- Excellent communication and CRM skills.
