Within the Data division, our solution offerings include -

1. eCommerce - We provide end-to-end support for cataloging products for brands and marketplaces. This includes sourcing data for uploading product content in standardized templates across digital channels. We have developed efficient tools and processes to minimize errors and manual intervention in the product cataloging, descriptions and feature writing, image sourcing and editing as well as quality audit processes.

2. Info Services - We collect supplier data from disparate sources, validate and ensure compliance with corporate, project, and client standards and applicable state and federal regulations. Our trained experts gather and verify supplier information for a diverse array of projects across multiple industries.

Business Unit Overview (eCommerce)

- The eCommerce vertical comprises of 600+ member, based out of Kolkata, Mumbai, and Gurgaon working in 24X7 engagements.

- The team includes senior delivery heads, project managers, shift leads, team leads, trainers, MIS teams, QC members, content writers, and image editors. Please refer to the attached samples to understand the nature of the work that we do.

- Most of our eCommerce clients are from India and contribute 90% to the overall revenue.

Profile Description :

Role: Senior Manager - E-com

Designation: Senior Manager

LOB: Data (eCommerce)

Reporting to: AVP and Business Head (eCommerce)

Location: Kolkata

Key responsibilities :

1. Will be part of the senior management for the eCommerce business.

2. Delivery management

a. Responsible for delivery management of all ongoing projects. Will work with multiple team leads and project managers to ensure on budget, on-time delivery.

b. Manage client expectations and communication

c. Manage quality control through effective processes and ensure SLA compliance.

d. Ensure compliance with internal systems and quality policies.

3. Constantly identify opportunities for enhancing productivity using automation and process improvements.

4. Pre sales support a. Execute pilots for new clients b. Develop cost estimates and pitch decks to support the sales team.

5. Team development

a. Mentor and train team leads and project managers.

b. Lead recruitment and training initiatives.

6. Identify and incubate new offerings for eCommerce and evangelize them with existing clients.

Skillsets and experience :

- At least 5+ years of relevant experience in eCommerce solutions and deliver

- Demonstrated experience of managing large teams (more than 100 people). A strong background in project and process management are essential.

- Demonstrated experience of working with content-based processes, which may or may not be in the eCommerce domain.

- Any past experience in eCommerce would be preferable.

This will be an independent, senior role. The person needs to have the ability to come up with solutions rather than list out problems. Needs to be willing to take risks, make mistakes, and learn along the way.
