KEY RESPONSIBILITIES -

- Ensure client satisfaction by providing high-quality research insights and actionable recommendations through high-level presentations

- Managing the existing client accounts and take part in pre-sales activities such as proposal and collateral developments to acquire new clients

- Build and maintain ongoing relationships with the key stakeholders within the client organization

- Training and development of the team members

- Recruitment of new team members and expansion of the research team

- Customize the existing solutions to innovate new solutions to meet client requirement

- Regular interactions with the primary research/field survey teams to brief the project requirement to the field researchers, monitor the progress of the fieldwork and plan the execution of the projects

KEY SKILLS - 

- More than 8-10 years of experience on handing consumer research studies, client management, and team management

- Strong understanding of quantitative consumer research approaches

- Knowledge of qualitative research would be an added advantage

- Strong knowledge of different market research methodologies/survey techniques

- Basic understanding of different statistical measurement tools, such as hypothesis testing, correlation and regression, standard deviation, multivariate analysis etc. as well as sampling techniques

- Experience in handling data analysis tools such as advanced excel, SPSS, R etc. as well as questionnaire programming tools

- Have relevant experience of handling projects on brand health assessment, customer satisfaction, consumer segmentation, usage and attitude studies, product and concept testing etc.
