2) Manage leave management system
3) Manage statutory and compliance matters for all locations
4) Manage MIS and dashboards
5) Manage F & F processing
6) Manage relationships with the HRMS, payroll & compliance partner
7) Manage payroll audits
8) Manage employee database & prompt updation
9) Manage employee payroll queries
Ideal candidate :
a) Should be an excellent communicator
b) Should be analytical & able on logical reasoning
c) Should have experience in managing HRMS
d) Should be good with excel & creating MIS's & dashboards
e) Should have fair understanding of income tax rules & deductions
