Location: Kolkata

Role Description:

- Researcher to lead our social media and digital research efforts.

- The researcher will be responsible for solution development and execution of market intelligence and consumer research requirements across a wide array of sectors, including ICT (information, communication, technology), Healthcare, Insurance, Banking, and FMCG.

- Speed, diligence, and an enthusiasm for discovery are a must.

Skill Set:

- Strong English communications skills, written and verbal.

- The candidate will need to work with clients across the world. Prior exposure to international clients will be an added advantage.

- At least 5 years of experience in social media and digital research with leading market intelligence/research firms

- Extensive experience with social media and digital research tools

- Demonstrated ability to support pre-sales efforts and execute projects with minimal supervision.
