Profile Summary

The incumbent would be part of the ICT/Telecom vertical which supports the strategic and tactical needs of global organizations. The position is part of a team that functions as a research desk that supports the market research need of a Fortune 500 client.

The team works on company profiling, industry research, market intelligence, competitor intelligence reports, and quick consulting assignments. A typical day could include helping the client identify growth opportunities in a given sector by conducting market attractiveness analysis, competitor strategy analysis, identifying sales opportunities across prospects, studying a country's economy, executive research, among others.

Role Description

- Grow the telecom research practice.

- Manage projects independently and coordinate with clients on a continuous basis


- Build and manage a team of junior analysts and guide them on project execution and achieving delivery targets and ensure high quality output.

- Be responsible for recruitment, continuous process improvement, project management, performance assessment, training and development of the team Work closely with the sales and business development team to create proposals, RFPs; participate in client meetings for new business acquisition and growth of existing accounts

- Work directly with the senior management on strategic projects and collaborating on various projects with internal and external stakeholders

Skill Set

- Domain expertise in telecom and networking Secondary and primary research
