About Our E-commerce Practice:

- Netscribes offers a host of e-commerce solutions to meet the ever-growing need for delivering superior customer experiences online. We enable retailers and brand manufacturers to meet their customers' needs at every step of the online purchase journey - from product discovery through post-purchase service.

Role Expectations:

- Onboard new clients for e-commerce services

- Focus on opportunities that can grow into USD 1 Mn + accounts within a 12-month period.

- Identify prospects, run sales campaigns (with / without the assistance of inside sales), initiate conversations and develop relationships.

- Understand our existing service portfolio for e-commerce services and be a part of defining new solutions to take to market.

- Work closely with the operations teams on executing pilots with the end goal of client delight and client acquisition.

- Leverage existing networks and existing knowledge of the US online retail space to bring in new relationships.

Requirements:

- Relevant experience in selling services to marketplaces and online retailers in the US.

- Demonstrated track record of closing large long-term deals, and of building relationships.

- Ability to work with offshore teams in India.

- Existing relationships with marketplaces and online retailers can be leveraged.

- We are gearing up for exciting times in our e-commerce business and are looking for ambitious leaders who are willing to be a part of this journey of taking this service line to global markets

- Please note prior experience in ecommerce solutions selling is a mandate
