Role Description:
- The candidate should be able to manage the account/client and project independently
- Should be able to deliver the results as per the client expectations
- Should have leadership skills like taking charge of the projects, client calls and driving the growth of the account
- The role requires the individual to work on huge excel data files and drawing the insights based on the data
- Candidate must have in-depth knowledge of MS excel and should be able to create and work on the excel based dashboards
- The individual should have an understanding of automotive manufacturers, brands/models
- The candidate should be able to pick and track trends in the sector, build insights based on the dataset for automotive markets
- The candidate should be able to think analytically, use a systematic and logical approach to analyze data, problems and situations
- Must maintain high standards of quality and thoroughness
- Should be able to monitor accuracy and quality
- Develop and manage project documentation
Skill Set:
- ~5 years of experience with MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word
- The candidate should have worked extensively on Advanced excel features and formulas
- Must have strong excel skills and should be well versed with formulas like v-lookup, h-lookup, index, match, conditional formatting and pivot tables. SPSS, VBA/Macros and Tableau knowledge will be an add on About 5 years of relevant work experience (qualitative and quantitative market research)
- Excellent research skills and ability to deep dive into a topic and gather accurate information
- Highly articulate with excellent communication skills Highly proficient with the Web research
