Roles and Responsibilities: - Act as single point of contact for an Account - Work with key stake holders across various functions to define and deliver customer success. - Manage and coordinate with multiple multi-technology teams to deliver programs from inception through to completion. - Support to develop client relationships and sales strategies - Validate client requirements. Gain agreement of proposed solution / Services, tying back to customer business drivers. - Accurate Forecasting of business &amp; keeping records in the internal systems updated - Identify key steps to close the sale, identify decision makers and influencers, etc. - Activities related to account mining and pursuit pipeline monitoring. - Drive field operations planning, co-ordination and execution via effective communications, collaboration and consultation. - Manage communication of progress/status with customer, product and technology groups. - Define, develop and channelise communications across roles, manage expectations, and responsibilities to drive process and operational optimizations.
