Position : Financial Analyst or Senior Financial Analyst

The person in this role is responsible for developing and monitoring of KPIs across the business, ensuring business data and reporting needs are fulfilled, conducting market analyses, analyzing profitability across the organization, geography, segments and product lines

Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain interactive MIS dashboards, reports, and analysis templates using internal and external BI/Data visualization tools

- Drive strategic business decision making through detailed analytics, insights and Real-Time reporting on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and financial results

- Use Data Visualization tool(s) such as Tableau to create innovative executive dashboards, scorecards, and weekly/monthly reports on the status of key business measurements

- Demonstrated ability to present and provide meaningful business insights from data, not just produce reports

- Identify areas for improvement, increased sales and cost optimization opportunities through various analysis, comparative analytics, statistical and data mining techniques

- Collect and analyze large data sets from internal systems Model data for ad hoc and pre-built reporting

- Participate in strategic and tactical planning discussions interface with executive management, gathering requirements and delivering complete reporting solutions

- Define, retrieve, and analyze large datasets using Excel + SQL to drive and define operational solutions and approaches

Qualification :

- Requires 3- or 4-year degree in Commerce or Economics with MBA in Finance & Strategy

- Experience MIS experience including designing and developing reports and dashboards with large data volumes

- Must have minimum 4 years experience in Financial planning and analysis (FP&A) or Business Analysis and should possess good accounting acumen

- Experience in forecasting, analysis and comprehensive business reporting to provide accurate and insightful recommendations

The ability to think strategically and implement methods to ensure procedures is completed at the highest standard

- Able to build solid internal and external relationships at all levels

- Must possess a client-service mindset and a desire to take on tough and challenging projects

- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint a must Expert-level knowledge of using Tableau or similar Data visualization tools a big plus Very good exposure to accounting, financial reporting and BI tools

- Prior experience mining sales and marketing data, discovering insights to drive key business initiatives

- Outstanding writing, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to persuade, inspire, and motivate others.

- Summarize key insights for technical and non-technical audiences

- Comfortable presenting findings to business leaders at all levels, including senior management

- A keen eye for detail is required

- Proven ability to work under pressure with deadlines

- Comfortable working in a fast paced, startup environment

- Ability to deal with ambiguity

- Ability to learn quickly, follow direction, and execute tasks independently

- Ability to dive deep on data analysis and related issues to come up with effective solutions
