We're looking for a Director of Delivery to lead, plan and manage our delivery team resources, capacity, projects, monitor metrics and dashboards to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction across our customer base, escalation management, customer experience, and service level attainment. This person will manage the Customer Success delivery team in India, with reporting to our US Team. Job Responsibilities - Managing a team of project managers, data analysts, engineers and technical support, ensuring highest quality, on-time delivery, and proactive resource planning and budget management - Coach team members and actively support career development and learning - Work closely with product, engineering and sales teams to reduce friction in customer on-boarding, implementation and support - Resolving all priority issues and critical situations, driving engagements on key customer projects - Building a best-in-class support experience, influencing positive customer outcomes by coordinating and program managing resolution pathways via a cross functional team - Creating detailed implementation, communication, quality and change request plans with entry/exit criteria to achieve them - Program management for all support requests &amp; building business analytics to help improve the overall customer journey - Providing pre-sales and demonstration of products for regional customers. - Providing delivery best practices and recommendations for customers and projects Requirements - 10+ years experience in technology with 5+ years building and managing highly technical teams of engineers, analysts and project managers for software development projects - Significant experience delivering full lifecycle software projects for overseas clients and working with overseas distributed teams across time zones - Hands on experience in Account Management for large customers; managing customer relationship, expectations and project delivery against contract scope - Experience managing multiple projects, team utilization, capacity and budget planning (P&amp;L) and reporting on these metrics - Experience developing SOWs/proposals for professional services projects, estimating project schedules and costs, uncovering risks and dependencies and managing the team to these - Process oriented, excelling at building processes that support dual shore/offshore projects - Prior experience as a software engineer, solutions architect. Knowledge of software development process, architecture and design - Well versed with database systems, APIs, system architecture and design principles, agile development methodology and comfortable with tools such as Jira - Knowledge of web and cloud technologies, API integration, and familiarity with leading commerce, inventory, order management, CRM, service desk systems - Excellent communication skills, both customer facing and with internal overseas teams - Flexible working on US/EU timezone schedules - Experience in AI, ML, Analytics a big plus.
