Business Entity : Metallurgy Corporate HR, Neterwala Group

Base location : Mumbai HO.

Frequent travel to Nashik, Dharwad & Tumsar plant

Reports to Vice President HR Positions

Role - Individual contributor, this position will support the Management in building world-class HR processes for the Metallurgy group of companies

Purpose of the Role : To drive a company culture that is inspired and curious by shaping business practices for a healthier and satisfied workforce.

The position :

Key areas of responsibility include :

The constant focus will be on Culture, Organization, and Talent, your responsibilities being :

1. Act as an integrator to drive the implementation of policies, programs, or initiatives (Selection, Rewards, Learning, Performance Management, Talent Management, etc. ), providing input to and getting buy-in from Plant HRBP.

2. Operationalize implementation plans at the Plant level - act as a 'go-to' resource for Plant HRBP

3. Manage various Projects of change management for necessary business transformations

Candidate Requirements :

Education & experience - Any graduate with MBA/PG in HR

- Stable career history working with organizations with a strong reputation for professional management, HR practices, and work culture.

- Must have strong experience in Talent Management, HR Processes & Policies, OD initiatives, Performance Management, HR Business Partnering

- Must have work experience in working with Mid Size - large scale industries

- Willing to travel to plant and executive projects as per the HR Agendas

- Passionate & bring talent who wants to make a difference.
