What's This Position About? :

The Senior Sales Operation Manager is an integral part of Net Elixir's Pre-Sales and Operations Team and is responsible for driving the pre-sales function via process management, in alignment with Net Elixir's objectives and core values. The role reports directly to Net Elixir's Co-Founder and work closely with the Sales function based in the US.

What You'll Be Doing :

You will :

- Provide oversight and direction to the Pre-Sales and Process teams to ensure alignment with organization expectations for productivity, quality, and goal accomplishment

- Collaborate globally with our internal stakeholders such as Sales, Marketing, and Business Operations to drive the continuous development of sales improvements

- Streamline the Sales processes and improve sales productivity by partnering with leadership to identify opportunities to create efficiencies

- Manage the data within Salesforce as well as continually strive to enhance the utilization in accordance with internal needs. Act as internal support contact for Salesforce related items and reporting

- Support sales teams by sharing leads, creating high quality pitch proposals, and understanding customer needs in order to develop contracts

- Partner with global leadership via the management and forecasting of key performance data, analyzing, and leveraging business reports and insights to generate efficient dashboards and provide insightful data trends

- Support Sales Automation by evaluations of current usages and capabilities of available tools and programs

What Makes You A Great Candidate :

- You have a teamwork-oriented attitude and thrive off the collaboration with other departments.

- You have 4-5 years of supporting a sales team via detailed analysis.

- You have 3+ years of Salesforce CRM experience

- You have experience both managing, and elevating a team to success

- You are highly detailed and analytically orientated, with experience interpreting robust data

- You have a string business acumen and able to understand the needs of the sales team and serve as a key partner for sales strategy

- You exhume positivity with a "Can Do attitude." Every obstacle to you is an opportunity to improve yourself

- You have strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
