ROLE OVERVIEW :

Case managers are at the core of the company's operations and are our most visible representatives of our mission to improve patient care in cancer. Our case managers are on the front lines of our patient care and are the first contact point between the patients and Netdox. Netdox has an in-house care team comprising of a case manager, case specialist and the consulting oncologist. The case manager communicates with the patient, creates case summaries based on the data collected, coordinates with our medical team for delivery of high quality consults and works with the product/tech teams for process optimization.

Responsibilities :

- Responsible for hiring and training case managers and building the entire team from ground up

- Patient interaction and correspondence

- Patient medical data collection and clinical presentation

- Creating medical summaries for the consulting oncologists

- Process mapping from case initiation to delivery of consultation

- Collaborate across teams to ensure quality and coordinate care delivery

- Working with the tech/product team to optimize operations

- Identify key areas of improvement in patient facing operations of the company and proposing strategies to enable

What we are looking for :

- MBA from top institute

- Prior team management experience

- Direct customer sales experience (in a startup setting. Company had under 500 people)

- Inside Sales, Lead qualification

- Healthcare/Edtech/Fintech experience

- Graduate degree in medicine: MBBS, BDS, MD, Nursing and/or healthcare administration

- Prior experience of at least 3 years working in a hospital or healthcare company as a care coordinator or as a medical administrator

- Prior experience dealing with medical data and creating summaries as per protocols

- Excellent writing skills and verbal skills

- Proficiency with common office software: MS Word, MS Excel

- Empathetic attitude

- Excellent at multi-tasking

- Attention to detail
