Description:

- 10+ years of experience in a content development role.

- Advanced research, analytical, and comprehension skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong command of the English language, including rules of grammar and usage.

- Experience with conversational writing preferred.

- Ability to learn how Netcracker products work and communicate how they benefit our customers.

- Ability to clarify and simplify complex technical and business concepts for multiple audiences.

- Experience developing content for a variety of formats preferred.

- Ability to collaborate with a large team across time zones.

- A proactive and open-minded attitude to resolve problems and deliver results.

- Comfortable working on multiple projects concurrently.

- Experience working with industry-standard style guides, for example, Microsoft Writing Style Guide.

- An eye for detail and attention to technical accuracy.

- Self-starter and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Experience with documentation tools and content management systems.

- Experience in telecom or IT preferred.
