What you'll do:

- Build expertise on Netcracker product suite, primarily BSS (CRM, Catalog, CPQ, Order Mgmt.,

Loyalty Management, Customer Problem Management (Service Assurance) & Channels);

- Represent technology in Client workshops, manage system demos, presentations (offsite/ Onsite);

- Collaborate with backend/Dev teams for managing Product Demos, server configurations;

- Perform As-Is discovery and due diligence of Telco business/IT systems for the scope of

work/change;

- Elicit, Clarify and Decompose Business requirements into EPICs, User stories (including NFR);

- Conceptualize and define E2E solution for a given business, functional domain;

- Identify cross-system requirement dependencies and mitigate potential design gaps;

- Produce High level/detailed designs including Data Model, API specifications, Wireframes etc.;

- Participate in cross-functional technical solution assessments and provide estimations;

- Perform Design Walkthrough to development, QA teams and support implementation till UAT;

- Strategically assess clients business and identify improvement opportunities;

- Participate in change control process for any upcoming requirement and design changes;

- Troubleshoot production problems and provides design support, keep all parties informed;

- Continue to build expertise on latest technologies and trends in Telecom Industry

Required Qualifications for Business Analyst:

- Min. Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience;

- 5-15 yrs. of IT experience with significant exposure to Telco Industry Practices, Products & Services;

- Proven experience in a customer-focused techno-functional role;

- Significant exposure in delivering multiple Telco Digital Transformations as a BA or SA;

- Hands-on experience on various COTS or open source products & technologies, primarily around BSS domain;

- Proven experience in Requirements mgmt. and Solution Design;

- Expertise in authoring various Solution Design, Integration & Data Model artefacts;

- Knowledge of Agile software development (Product Owner, SCRUM Master certification is plus);

Project Management skills and good International experience Success Factors

- Solve complex problems by taking a new perspective using existing Product/project solutions;

- Mostly work independently, with guidance in more complex situations;

- Ability to work and adapt to a rapidly changing environment;

- Ability to lead functional teams or projects

- Strong team-work & interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team member

- Strong analytical, reasoning and organizational skills are essential;

- Strong communication, presentation and facilitation skills

- Ability to work in a distributed team environment across multiple time-zones
