Senior Business Analyst - Telecom BSS/OSS - E2E


Description:

- Excellent understanding of Business processes for service or product-oriented companies, preferably Telecom;

>2 year business analysis experience, including customer-facing experience;

>1 year experience managing 3+ people team;

- Being a confident person with the ability to connect and inspire others to achieve success, whether or not they directly report to you;

- Being a driver who possess the ability to take actions and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.

- Good understanding of delivery processes involving BA team;

- Excellent communication skills in English;

- University Degree in Telecom/IT or equivalent education;

- Understanding of project lifecycle from pre-sale to support & maintenance;

- Experience in IT implementation projects;

- A pro-active position.

Beneficial:

- Process establishment, control and improvement experience

- Business process modeling experience;

- Understanding of BSS/OSS standard processes;

- BABOK knowledge;

- ETOM/SID/ITIL knowledge;

- General understanding of network technologies, i.e. SONET, Ethernet, FTTx, Mobile, xWDM, etc.
