- Min. Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience;

- 12-16 yrs. of IT experience with significant exposure to Telco Industry Practices, Products & Services;

- Proven experience in a customer-focused techno-functional role;

- Significant exposure in delivering multiple Telco Digital Transformations as a BA or SA;

- Hands-on experience on various COTS products & technologyor open source products &technologies, primarily around BSS domain;

- Proven experience in Requirements mgmt. and Solution Design;

- Expertise in authoring various Solution Design, Integration & Data Model artefacts;

- Knowledge of Agile software development (Product Owner, SCRUM Master certification is plus);

- Project Management skills and good International experience
