What's in the scope of this role?

Roles and responsibilities:

Business Requirement: Candidate should be from Telecom Billing Operations, Should have People Management experience, Mediation/Charging, diff Billing Systems experience and willingness/support 24-7 shift when required.

Technically from: Application/Production Support background (SQL, Unix Shell scripting).

- Experience: 12+ Years

- Work Location: Hyderabad

- Client facing role- Understand the client specific solution.

- Monitor and run Rating and Billing, Mediation and provisioning operations during their shifts.

- Learn operational RBA (Rating and Billing Automation) framework and design and develop operational flows and monitors.

- Provide updates and follow up to external client as and when required.

- Work with development and other teams like SA, DBA's, and Development as and when required.

- Understand different escalation points, and, escalate as and when required.

- Provide on-call technical support via pager, and connecting remotely as required.
