Business Analyst - UX Analyst

Description:

- Performs analysis of business processes, contextual analysis, and studies the target audience to suggest ideas for the best user experience

- Prepares prototypes of UX

- Communicates with UX team and frontend dev team to explain the way how UX features shall be designed and implemented

- Examines existing software products, identifies usability issues, and suggests ideas how to fix and improve UX

- Manages UX backlog

- Participation in QA testing of new functionality

- Participates in knowledge transfer, documentation, and information sharing

- Researches and understands the best practices of UX design principles

- May be responsible for line management of one or more technical teams
