Business Analyst/Solution Designing - Telecom must have.

Role Summary :

- Must have Telecom experience

- Learning standards in OSS / BSS

- Eliciting Customer Needs. Requirements Development working along with customer.

- Managing requirements and change requests;

- Design the solution based on requirements provided by customer.

Responsibilities :

- Surveying of business processes and operations of the customer;

- Eliciting customer's needs

- Clarification of requirements

- Development of process performance indicators

- Development of functional requirements

- Design and documentation of proposed solution

- Participation in measurements of performance indicators and calculation of performance indicators

- Participate in testing and delivery of solution to customer

- Managing requirements and change requests

- Show presentations and demonstrations of solution to the customer

- Preparing of documentation and keeping it in actual state

- Study of the newest communications technologies, trends in the telecommunications industry

- Improve knowledge on the NetCracker products.

Qualifications :

- Experience in a similar position and other analytical positions since past 3 years

- BE / BTech in Computer Science or Information Technology or Electronics and Communication with experience in telecom

- Experience in business analysis, business process modeling, information models development, use cases, test cases, etc.

- Knowledge of standards and solutions for OSS / BSS

- Experience in proposing solution designs and create necessary high level design documentations;

- Knowledge of business processes and functions of Telco operator: planning, development, operations, fulfillment, assurance, etc.; expertise in one area.

- Knowledge of Telco products and services

- Knowledge of technologies of mobile and fixed networks: cable networks, transmission networks, access networks, core switching, radio access network, etc.; expertise in one area
