Job function : Sales/BD/Revenue

Position : Senior Manager- South (Mobile Brand Solutions), stationed at Bangalore

Reporting To : AGM, South

Location : Bangalore

Key Result Areas :

- The primary responsibility is to work towards achieving the monthly/ quarter/annual sales targets within the defined levels of margins.

- Identify revenue opportunities from Digital & media Ad Agencies from South (Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai and Kerala market), develop sales plans, Ideate campaigns & prepare creative presentations and execute to close revenue.

- Market intelligence & competition tracking.

- Set up and proactively drive clear account management processes for all agencies, and other partners with whom netCORE does business

- Ensure that our business is generally perceived as a strategic partnership within the Mobile Marketing arena (and not just tactical solution).

- Manage the business effectively through own review/ CRM reporting, work closely with AGM South /Regional Head/Business Head.

- Create innovative sales pitches and market development at the highest level into target segments. Develop an agency ecosystem

- Responsible for prioritizing and identifying opportunities with digital/ media agencies /clients interested in netCORE's services, collating information on sales prospects to qualify opportunities and working with product teams to scope out opportunities and firm them into well-presented proposal for sign off and delivery.

- Report accurately the revenue performance and status of sales activities.

- Ensure campaigns are invoiced to agencies and payment is collected in given credit period from agencies/ clients

Competencies :

- Self motivated person to drive excellent performance in short and long term

- Willingness to work for market development/education to build the business

- Need good business creative skills and be innovative while pitching to ad agencies & clients

- Ability to focus on multiple revenue metrics

- Interpersonal skills to work with Operations and Technology team to deliver business results

Experience : 7-8 years in Sales/Business Development in large media house/mobile / Digital division of Ad Agency.

Others Passion for work, enthusiasm and a high degree of self-motivation is a must. Should be flexible in working hours if required.

Education : MBA required. Engineering degree will be an added advantage.
