Roles & Responsibilities
- Build a highly motivated and result oriented inside sales team
- Achieve assigned sales target and KPI's and work matrix for self and team
- Monitor employee productivity and motivate to achieve daily business objectives
- Lay inside sales process and improvise to increase employee efficiency
- Work across multiple teams to achieve team, partner and customer requirements
- Consistent and fair business projections and timely reporting to seniors
- Understanding of online marketing activities
- Liaison with product and marketing team to share market feedback and suggestions for improvements
- Work closely with support team for smooth customer onboarding
JOB REQUIRMENTS
- Graduate/Post Graduate in business or related filed
- 8-10 years of work experience in Inside sales for US market
- 5+ years of experience in leading atleast a 6 member team
- Work experience in IT cloud based product and service
- Excellent written and verbal communication with US accent
- Self-disciplined, motivated and should have leadership qualities to motivate the team
- Experience in initiating C level connects with customers and partners
- Knowledge of data mining tools, data mining techniques, cold calls
- Working knowledge of sales force or any relevant CRM tool
- Proficient in preparing documents, presentations and excels
- Understanding of email marketing, marketing automation, cloud service will be an added advantage
- Experience of setting up US contact center will be an added advantage
