NetConnect Global - Senior Business Analyst

Job description:

- Proficient in understanding CERC (Central Electricity Regulatory Commission) Regulation and Associated State Power Grid Regulation

- Prior experience in Power (Energy) domain is preferred.

- Act as Product Owner and mentor BA team.

- Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business.

- Defining business requirements (as BRD, User Story, SRS etc.) and reporting them back to stakeholders.

- Proficient in explaining business requirement in system language to developers as part of requirement grooming process for better clarity and understanding.

- Conducting UAT's (User acceptance Testing) as per requirement scope and seek confirmation from the associated stakeholders.

- Reviewing and validating requirement created by business analyst team.

- Completely owning Product backlog and ensure that it gets updated frequently in line with product vision and business criticality.

Required Skill Sets: Agile, System Use Cases/ BRDs preparation, Risk Analysis, Gap-Analysis, Wireframe, Prototyping, Project management Tool (Jira, MS-Project), Proficient in MS-Suite, Reporting
