Job Summary:

The SAP Practice Lead will be responsible for leading the pre-sales team and driving the growth of the company's SAP solutions business. The Practice Head will work closely with sales teams, technical specialists, and the practice team to develop customized solutions and deliver successful SAP projects. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of SAP products, solutions, and industry trends, as well as experience leading teams, managing client relationships, and providing training and development to team members.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the pre-sales team by providing technical expertise and support to sales teams. Set up and manage SAP Practice.

- Identify customer requirements and develop customized solutions to meet their needs.

- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clients to showcase the features and benefits of SAP solutions.

- Collaborate with technical specialists and project managers to ensure the successful delivery of SAP solutions to clients.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams to drive sales and revenue growth.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP products, solutions, and industry trends to provide informed recommendations and solutions to clients.

- Drive practice growth by identifying new business opportunities and developing innovative solutions for clients.

- Provide training and development to team members to enhance their skills and capabilities. - Mentor and nurture a team of professionals and create an effective practice team that is capable of solution development, sales enablement and delivery-market ready solutions.

- Establish and maintain best practices for pre-sales activities, including proposal development and client presentations.

Requirements:

- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in pre-sales, sales engineering, or SAP consulting.

- Strong understanding of SAP products, solutions, and industry trends.

- Experience leading and managing teams, including coaching and mentoring team members.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to understand customer requirements and develop customized solutions to meet their needs.

- Proven track record of success in driving sales and revenue growth.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Experience providing training and development to team members.
