NCG Professional Services team is looking for a Client Partner in Banking to manage and grow our technology solutions and professional services business. You will be expected to partner with clients and help them achieve their business goals. As someone with an extensive understanding of the banking /telecom sector, you will foster better delivery outcomes through your insights into the client's business, thus creating value for the client. You will lead your team in creating new opportunities, running pursuits, and managing the delivery of your business.

Key Responsibilities

- Represent the Brand in the market

- Key Account Management

- Portfolio P&L growth

- Deliver and manage the deployment of new consulting assignments

- Program Management

- People Management

- Identifying the critical factors for customer success to drive Account growth & positive -customer engagements for longer-term

- Ensure all customer touch points are handled as planned - onboarding process, monthly steering, quarterly c-sat, onsite visits, closing-the-loop on client feedbacks, etc.

- Working with Program teams to ensure the promises being made in all customer engagements are on track & exceeding expectations

- Handle any customer escalations from initiation through resolution

- Implementing best practices for customer account growth, positive customer engagement & long-term relationships

- Proactively identifying customer risks at every stage and working with the Leadership Team to execute the defined risk-management plan.

Required Skills

- 6+ years of experience in the professional services industry

- Demonstrated growth and sustenance of Technology Professional Services business

- Demonstrated experience in managing a P&L

- Consultative engagement

- Relevant technical experience to inspire and lead a team of consultants

- Ability to scale up teams

- A believer in people
