We are hiring for "Director/ Senior Manager/ Manager- Product Marketing (IT Skills) " with NetCom Learning India (US MNC Edtech Industry).

Job Location: Remote

Mandatory Skills required: Azure, Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, .NET, Power Platform, Teams/ AWS/ networking, data center, security, telecommunication, and DevNet etc.

Product marketing manager is responsible for developing and execute effective marketing strategies to communicate the solutions around BU to customers, partners and stakeholders.

KRA: Revenue generation

Job Description:

- Communicate the value proposition of new products to the sales team and develop sales tools that facilitate the selling process.

- Conduct market research and gather both internal and external feedback to help prioritize requirements for the product development team.

- Develops new uses for existing products by analyzing statistics regarding market development, acquiring and analyzing data, and consulting with internal and external sources.

- Create product marketing plan including positioning and support material for use by sales to generate public-facing marketing collateral; to include digital marketing.

- Work closely with sales, reporting and account management teams on RFPs, client contracting and reporting needs.

- Work closely with vendors.

- Highlight and present product benefits to both internal and external customers.

- Develops marketing strategy by studying economic indicators, tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying members and their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition.

- Influences present and future products by determining and evaluating current and future market trends.

- Develops marketing campaigns and ROI reporting

Requirements:

- Experience as a Product Marketing Manager or similar role in an B2B environment.

- Highly motivated energetic self-starter, passionate and deeply knowledgeable about electric components market, with a strong vision on where the markets are headed.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, qualitative and quantitative analysis skills and project management skills

- Ability to quickly learn product features, benefits and educate others.

- Hands-on manager able to manage and guide team yet to work independently.

- Able to wear multiple hats.
