NetAnalytiks Technologies - Business Manager/Regional Business Manager (12-17 yrs)
We are looking for immediate to max 30 days joiners.
Business Manager Job Duties:
- Develop sales strategies to acquire new customers or clients.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop lead generation plans.
- Identifies opportunities to grow business with prospects and suspect customer accounts
- Handle full Sales cycle - Lead - Opportunity - Demo/POC (with Pre-sales team) - References - Quotation - Negotiation - Closure - Handover to Delivery & Account Management
- Monitor competition, economic indicators, and industry trends.
- Communicates client needs and demands to employer company
- Project and forecast annual and quarterly revenue and for one or more sales territories.
- Track sales metrics and share them with company leadership.
- Analyze sales data on sales results and develop plans to address performance gaps.
- Achieve the assigned sales quotas, targets, and/or goals.
Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
- Knowledge of APAC and ANZ market
- Must have done international sales.
- Must have done MBA from a premier institute.
- Experienced in ERP/CRM/BI solutions licenses and services selling
- Experience in handling large size deals (New as well as Repeat customers)
- Should have managed large accounts to enable successful customer outcome
- Ability to Communicate Client Needs with pre sales as well as delivery team
- Should have handled multiple accounts simultaneously from account management perspective
- Experience in managing relationship with principle product company (SAP/Oracle/Microsoft- )
