Position- Marketing Manager Location- Gurgaon Experience- Min 9- Max 12 Years in to consumer marketing Qualification- Full Time MBA in Marketing Passing Batch- 2006 - 2008 only Main Responsibilities / Job Summary - Be an integral part of the core business team working with Business Head to define and execute Business Vision/ Objectives and Strategy for the business. Key Responsibilities Responsible for marketing plans (approval by BEM) in line with business and financial objectives, including: - Establishing KPIs by brand - Brand and initiative prioritization - PFME allocation proposal by brand. - SKU harmonization/other business rationalization proposal. - Responsible for ongoing financial review and actions thereof - LE on vol/NPS/spends by brand - Responsible for SBU co-ordination on all brand related actions (with the BEM in the loop) - Accountable to drive (with his team of brand managers) all forms of consumer understanding initiatives for the portfolio of brands / category - Accountable to drive with the brand team for all aspects of the I&amp;R process in line with the established EMS process - Idea generation/ concept development and testing/ feasibility assessment/product development with AG/ regulatory compliance/ 60/40+ / industrialization and investment related / Management approvals and launching NPD with excellence. - Responsible to ensure NPD is developing in line with strategy and pre-agreed objectives for the project. Also responsible to propose key prioritizations across I&amp;R and flag in advance any key investments required in the next 18months, thus enabling decision making for investments by BEM/Mancom. - Accountable for evolving category situation/ brand performance - Track, analyse and propose relevant action basis market trends/ share evolution / consumer feedback/ brand analysis/activity specific analysis and competitive analysis. - Accountable to drive all advertising and communication development with team &amp; externally with agencies-&nbsp; 1) Development of the BPS / Diamond&nbsp; 2) Develop brand communication strategy&nbsp; 3) Ensuring packaging and communication development in line with agreed business and communication strategy&nbsp; 4) Ensuring timely and complete briefing to agency&nbsp; 5) Media planning and review buying across all media forms and liaising with communication team - Accountable for managing the ATL inputs in line with channel/ RTM / BTL initiatives and on the respective brands and maintaining close co-ordination with HO and branch CCSD - Accountable for comprehensive competitive tracking including Communication/ promotion / likely strategy evolution/ pricing / I&amp;R/ Market share and any corporate activity etc. - Responsible for P&amp;L tracking to ensure monthly evolution of financial KPIs are in line with business objectives- PFME control/ COGS/ pricing etc.- and effecting alternative actions in.
