Job Location : Gurgaon Position : Marketing Manager - KitKat Education : Tier- 1 MBA (Batches - 2007/08/09) Main Purpose of the Job : I. Building a platform for a sound and profitable business future by building : a) Strong and consumer resonant brand b) Great tasting and consumer relevant products through business centric strategy c) Ensuring business results in line with agreed objectives - top and bottom line II. Development and execution of brand and product strategies for the operational year in line with the overall business strategy III. Develop the brand team into a high performing team with fundamentally strong and motivated individuals Key Responsibilities : - Be an integral part of the core business team working with Business Head to define and execute Business Vision/ Objectives and Strategy for the business. - Responsible for marketing plans in line with business and financial objectives, including : a) Establishing KPIs for brand b) Brand and initiative prioritizations c) PFME allocation proposal by brand. d) SKU harmonization/other business rationalization proposal. - Responsible for ongoing financial review and actions thereof - on volume/NPS/spends by brand - Leading all critical brand related actions such as : a. Driving all forms of consumer understanding initiatives for the portfolio of brands / category b. All aspects of the Innovation & Renovation process such as- Idea generation/ concept development and testing/ feasibility assessment/product development with application group/ regulatory compliance/ industrialization and investment related aspects / and launching NPDs with excellence. - Responsible to ensure New Product Development in line with strategy and pre-agreed objectives for the project. Also responsible to propose key prioritizations across the Innovation pipeline. - Accountable for evolving category situation/ brand performance - Track, analyse and propose relevant actions basis market trends and consumer feedback - Accountable to drive all advertising and communication development with team & externally with agencies - Accountable for managing the ATL inputs in line with channel/ RTM / BTL initiatives on the respective brands and maintaining close co-ordination with Head Office and branch CCSD - Accountable for comprehensive competitive tracking including aspects such as - Communication/ promotions / likely strategy evolution/ pricing / New Innovations/ Market share and any corporate activity etc. - Responsible for P&L tracking to ensure that monthly evolution of financial KPIs is in line with business objectives
