Position : Manager Corporate Affairs Location : Gurgaon Head Office Reporting to : Head of Corporate Affairs. Main Responsibility : Leading the Centre of Excellence for Corporate Social Responsibility (nutrition, water, environment and rural development) and Nutrition, Health and Wellness for South Asia region. Key Responsibilities : - Develop Corporate Social Responsibility and Nutrition strategy, processes and engagement to ensure sustainable and measurable interventions. - Manage the inception to implementation process for CSR programmers, in line with global Creating Shared Value (CSV) strategy: partner selection, project design, operational plan and scope, budgeting, monitoring and evaluation parameters, communication plan. - Lead and expand programmer operations for nutrition and health awareness, access to water and sanitation, WBCSD (World business council for sustainable development) WASH Pledge implementation, efficient water use in rice and sugar cultivation, rural development or dairy and coffee farmers and employee volunteering - Develop cross-functional internal and external stakeholder engagement - Leverage traditional media, social media and internal platforms for internal and external communication - Ensure compliance with CSR Rules, Companies Act 2013 and conduct internal trainings for CSR Rules and WASH Pledge implementation.
