Position Name- Manager Buying Cost Origin Sourcing  Directing Reporting to - Head of Sourcing Procurement in China.  Indirect Report to- Head of Purchase.  Job Location- Gurgaon Head Office  Experience- 10-13 Years  Key Job Responsibilities :  - Planning & Implementation of Sourcing Strategy, communication plan and Supplier management plan.   - Appropriate suppliers for the spend category selected Lowest Total Cost of Ownership.  - Ensure that all the key suppliers within the spend category in charge completely adhere to Nestle- Suppliers Code of Conduct.  - Support and Enable Sourcing Strategy all categories Commodities, Ingredients, Packaging, Blue Collar and Activation to above market teams and at market categories where applicable.  - Global Category Teams in Hubs and at Market where applicable HoP India SuD Manager Technical Application Group.  - All Suppliers capable of exports from India for the group.   - Strong Entrepreneurial capabilities Ability to work independently Exposure to All categories and International and Multi-Cultural and virtual environment.   - Ability to visualize and anticipate challenges on the ground. Bridge the needs of the business with inspiring suppliers to close gaps and enhance capability
