HSS Capital is an upcoming discretionary portfolio management service dedicated to delivering superior investment strategies and tailored financial solutions. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Principal Officer.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide strategic direction to portfolio management operations and ensure adherence to risk management and regulatory guidelines.

- Actively communicate investment philosophy and performance with current and prospective clients.

- Participate in client events and business development initiatives to build and maintain relationships.

- Collaborate with the Management and the Board to shape growth strategies and product offerings.

- Lead equity research initiatives and contribute to developing investment strategies.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in fund management within Mutual Funds, PMS, or AIF sectors.

- Strong, hands-on experience in equity analysis and investment strategy development.

- In-depth understanding of PMS regulations and compliance requirements.

- Proven track record in business development and client engagement (preferred).

- Professional qualification: MBA from a top-tier institute, CFA, or an equivalent certification (preferred).

- NISM XXI-B certification preferred (mandatory for appointment).
