We are looking for a highly motivated Equity Research Analyst to conduct in-depth fundamental research, build financial models, and generate actionable investment insights across multiple sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain detailed financial models to analyze company fundamentals.

- Risk Management: Carefully draw out portfolio risk metrics and recommend changes to optimise risk-return profile

- Market Research & News Analysis: Monitor real-time market developments, provide updates in morning meetings, and prepare daily/weekly market summaries.

- Company & Industry Research: Track key developments in companies and sectors under coverage, incorporating insights into research reports.

- Investment Recommendations: Identify and recommend stocks for investment, backed by thorough research and analysis.

Communication & Reporting: Write company previews, reviews, updates, and sector reports in a clear and structured manner.

Stakeholder Interaction: Engage with company management, industry experts, and internal teams to - gather insights and refine investment ideas.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Education: FRM, CFA, or MBA from a reputed institution.

- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in equity research with exposure to small & mid-cap sectors.

- Analytical & Quantitative Ability: Strong financial analysis, valuation, and data visualization skills.

- Equity Market Knowledge: Solid understanding of capital markets, investment processes, and industry dynamics.

- Communication Skills: Ability to present research findings effectively through reports and presentations.

- Team Collaboration: Ability to work closely with fund managers and contribute to the investment decision-making process.

- Work Ethic: Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to drive investment performance.
