Nestaway - Manager - Program/Process - IIT/IIM/XLRI

Nestaway is looking for Program manager.

Roles and responsibilities:

1) Primarily review and ensure the pricing of the products are right on the website.

2) Ensure the unit level occupancy is at the desired level.

3) Data mining and analysis & setting up the right KPIs to look at

4) Draw necessary action items from the data and sync up with the City teams on field to make necessary correction/improvement

Requirement:

1) Good in data analysis

2) Open to travel across cities

3) Working with multiple teams and shared goals- product, process, ops & acquisition

4) IIT/MBA from tier -1 B schools with 1-3 years work ex in program management or process.
