Process Excellence

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Set up a robust governance mechanism to ensure that the review and progress happen as scheduled.

- Drive process improvement and design methodologies, and help a business achieve results

- Document process maps and maintains SOPs for processes

- Identify and lead process improvement projects that support strategic imperatives through the use of Six Sigma methodology

- Deliver operational excellence in the tangible form of controls improvement and waste elimination, automation leading to productivity.

- The role may require short to medium term travel to various company locations on the need basis

Requirements:

- Understanding of Lean/ Six Sigma concepts

- Strong project management skills- ability to handle multiple projects having unstructured scoping

- Ability to deliver training on Quality methodology is desirable (Six Sigma and Lean)

- Ability to build a process improvement culture, demonstrating flexibility and initiative in achieving the desired outcome

- Excellent analytical skills: Review and provide direction on projects/ programs (Data-driven approach)
