Nephroplus - Sales Manager - International Healthcare Business

Responsibilities:

1. Own and drive company's sales for Dialysis related consumables and pharmacy items in international markets

2. Identifying right distributors/consumers in the international markets across geographies

3. Identify potential markets for dialysis products and estimate product-specific demand for those individual countries

4. Work in getting product registrations done in export countries wherever applicable/needed. Past experience is an added advantage

5. Maintain efficient relationship with international customers

6. Develop, plan and implement effective methods to meet planned sales goals

7. Track sales goals and communicate with the management regularly

Requirement:

1. 5+ years of experience in International Pharma/Medical device sales

2. Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Marketing or related degree

3. Excellent oral and written communication skills

4. Past experience in channel sales is a must

5. Overseas business development experience would be preferred
