Overview: Manager - Strategy will play a key role in strategy formulation, collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders, and will lead cross-functional teams in the development of business-wide operational strategies. They will support and lead multiple strategic efforts to build our organization's short and long term strategy and develop measures that realize our business objectives in a highly dynamic industry. The person will lead discussions with CXOs and Directors at the company and drive strategy and implementation. Key Responsibilities: - Planning - Support the development of long-term organisational strategy. - Formulation of monthly, quarterly and annual business plans and KPIs - Managing and analyzing existing business strategies in order to provide counsel to the leadership and ensure alignment with overall strategy - Aligning departmental goals, processes and resource allocation with the organizational strategy - Risk management and mitigation - Driving growth initiatives - Lead multiple strategic initiatives including international organic growth, process improvements etc - Analyze market trends and provide recommendations to leadership on business development opportunities, inclusive of acquisition and disposal strategies - Drive end to end M&A starting from target identification, due diligence support, financial modelling, assessment to business integration. - Analysis - Assess profitability and viability of any new initiatives, businesses through appropriate business/financial modelling - Assessing market trends / competitors and presenting findings, projections and recommended actions. - Supporting senior executive decision-making processes. - Conducting research and analyses of operational effectiveness, processes, stakeholders, etc. - Collaboration, coordination and monitoring - Involved in collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive organizational growth. - Monitoring and reporting on projects. - Owning strategic plans and ensures compliance with these strategies Key skills and abilities - Superior communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to connect with and influence/negotiate with key customers/ stakeholders - Strong analytical thinking, decision-making abilities and problem solving skills - Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel / financial modelling, PowerPoint, and Word - Good understanding of financial statements - Leadership skills - Ability to multi-task Qualifications - Minimum 5 years work experience - Professionals with relevant experience in Strategy / CEO office roles across various industries - Qualification: B-Tech / MBA from a Tier-1 college preferred.
