- The role holder is responsible for efficient functioning of compensation and benefits for the company
- Should have experience in working with HRMS for payroll and related aspects
- Responsible for acquiring and maintaining government related documents like principal employer license, contractor license, minimum wages, annual return to inspector of factories, labour department licenses and renewals.
- Liaising with Govt. Authorities, HR Internal Audit, Compensation and Benefits, Retiral Benefits.
- Knowledge and hands on working experience in Payroll, PF & ESI.
- Is responsible for renewal of yearly insurance
- Knowledge of all Labour Laws Acts and Statutory Compliances
- Evaluate employee benefits policies to assess whether they are current, competitive, and legal
- Choose and manage outside partners such as benefits vendors and investment brokers
- Prepares the compensation and benefits budget, including the regular monitoring, reporting and adjusting of the budget
- Analyses different components of the remuneration scheme in the organization and prepares reports about the internal equity and external competitiveness
- Participates as the team member in the strategic projects and initiatives
- Design policies to close gaps in the compensation of employees (introducing the internal equity at affordable costs)
- Design, evaluate and modify benefits policies to ensure that programs are current, competitive and in compliance with legal requirements.
- Ensures that communication confidentiality and clarity is observed at all times and ensures that grievances are adhered to and closed in conjunction with the SO HR.
- Teammates Query Resolution, Grievance handling and ensuring 100% adherence to disciplinary procedures
