Candidate will be responsible for handling marketing function based in the Sales office in Koramangala, Bangalore - This position will contribute and be a key driver to the company revenue - To maintain & develop professional and credible relationships with key opinion leaders and reference/training centres. - Develop and implement strategy to drive revenue with a targeted Field force - To work closely with the KOLs to create long term programmes for spreading therapy awareness and for training younger doctors. - Construct training program for the Sales team - Develop the framework of meaningful brand attributes, their associated benefits and unique features to drive customer economic value - Maps and analyses customer buying processes (demonstrating the customer behaviours that occur before, during and after the discussion to purchase a product or services) to guide the development of value proposition and support sales execution. - Collaborate with sales force and medical department to develop patient programs that are in line with strategic direction; leveraging these programs to support market expansion.
