Qualification : MBA HR (Preferred from a premier institute)

Experience : post MBA exp of 3+years in HR domain

Designation/Grade : Sr. Manager/ AVP

Location : Lower Parel HO @ Mumbai

Reporting to : Head HR

Job Responsibilities :

Role:

1. To drive strategic projects and Centre of Excellence initiatives across HR domain areas for example;

- HRIS migration, Evaluation of HR Analytics platforms available for talent acquisition, evaluation of Apps available for employee well-being and engagement

- Detailed data analysis for trends and key actionable in attrition, productivity etc.

- Cost benefit analysis of outsourcing payroll and compliances etc.

- Designing and tracking execution of Great Place to Work action plan

2. Handling OD Interventions like:

- Salary benchmarking exercise with leading partner

- Job evaluation exercise

- Designing succession plan

- Driving change management initiatives

- Designing C&B structure and Talent Management framework

Skill Set:

1. Strong academic record in HR domain

2. Analytical bend of mind & Strong judgmental attributes

3. Good organizational discipline and thirst for efficiency

4. Good presentation skills

5. Enthusiastic and dedicated
