NeoGrowth - Manager/Senior Manager - Treasury/Fund Raising (3-9 yrs)
Job Profile:
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for fund raising as per targeted volume & cost of fund
- Managing relationship with investors like DFI, Institutional investors, NBFCs, Private, Public-sector banks, AIFs, Mutual Funds for fund raising.
- Experience in dealing with instruments like NCD, MLDs, CP, ECB, Term loans, PTC, Direct assignment, ICDs etc.
- Having good relationship with investors preferably private banks, public sector banks, mutual funds, NBFCs and other domestic investors.
- Arranging and managing due diligence (DD) process with the lenders
- Managing roadshows for domestic and foreign investors
- Managing deal from origination to disbursement with support from back office/compliance/legal.
- Liaising with credit rating agencies and other financial intermediaries as and when required
- Preparing relevant information deck/CMA data for lender for submission with help from back-office team.
- Liaising with lenders for obtaining waivers/approvals from lenders as and when required
- Be a good team player along with sound communication and negotiation skills.
Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum 3 years in treasury fund raising
- MBA/CA
